Return Policy

Eligibility
 

Chickens may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Birds must be returned in the same healthy condition they were sold in.

Non-Returnable
 

Birds that have been injured, neglected, or exposed to disease while in the buyer’s care.

Refunds & Replacements
 

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong breed/sex provided, or pre-existing health issue), we will offer either a replacement chicken or a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Process
 

To arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at 07940 179615. We will provide instructions for safely transporting the chicken back to us.
